Based on consumer feedback, ARB BASE Rack engineers have designed a new Y-wheel strap with locking hooks to improve certain features of existing wheel straps on the market. The new design features include a fastening strap and interlocking hooks, which, combined, positively retain the spare wheel and tire, even in the case of a deflated spare wheel. The fastening strap also improves the retention of a tire relative to the tire carcass. The fastening hooks work easily with ARB BASE rack eye bolts or other replacement eyelets.

• Suitable for both wheel/pneu sets, or only for tyre carcass, as indicated below
• 32 mm ratchet with 32 mm and 25 mm polyester strap
• The emergency fastening strap keeps the wheel and tire well held
• The extremities of quick-lock hooks allow convenient installation and are always retained, suitable for use with the ARB BASE eye bolt fasteners (available separately - PN 1780200)
• Adjustable one meter strap designed to fit most tire sizes
• Includes transport bag
• The stowage capacity of 500 kg/500 daN complies with AS/NZS4380:2001 and EN 12195-2
